The assistant baker supports the Baker through ingredient and equipment preparation, baking, packaging, and workstation upkeep. Following recipes, production methods, and food-safety standards helps the team meet production demands and maintain consistent cakes.

What you'll do

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods
• use measuring instruments, mixers, ovens, and other bakery tools
• prepare ingredients and equipment, place pans in ovens, and monitor baking
• assist with daily baking and production flow
• package, label, and store cakes and follow product rotation standards
• maintain baking and refrigeration logs
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health, safety, dress-code, and hygiene requirements.
