What you'll do

• Greet guests within 15 minutes of their teppan order
• perform a courteous cooking show
• answer questions about food
• respond to guest requests
• prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items
• follow portion, recipe, presentation, and food-safety standards
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• maintain clean and organized kitchen and teppan areas
• handle, store, label, and rotate food properly
• notify management of guest concerns or accidents.
