What you'll do

• Monitor resident alerts and respond with medical assistance
• respond to residential emergencies such as water leaks or air-conditioning problems
• maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
• comply with HIPAA
• patrol campus grounds, garages, and entryways and secure buildings during shift hours
• monitor the SARA system and replace batteries in pendants and pull-cord devices
• perform life-safety audits
• report or address maintenance issues.
