The Home Health Aide (HHA) – Veteran Client, Part-Time Day Shift role is onsite in Delaware, OH, with a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule and either 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. hours. Starting pay is $19 per hour. The position provides care for a Veteran client who is at risk of falling. The aide supports the client’s daily care and safety at home, assisting with personal care, mobility, household tasks, companionship, and observation so that care follows the client’s plan and changes in condition are reported.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide mobility assistance, transfers, and walking support
• maintain a safe environment for a fall-risk client
• perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• provide companionship and emotional support
• observe, document, and report changes in condition
• follow care plans and safety procedures.
