What you'll do

• Own talent acquisition strategy, operating model, and annual hiring plan
• lead senior and hard-to-fill searches
• coach and prioritize work for contract recruiters
• manage recruiting vendors, agencies, and spend
• partner with hiring managers on role definition and interview plans
• coach interviewers and lead debriefs
• use AI tools with human review and bias checks
• lead offer strategy and closing
• own Greenhouse workflows and recruiting metrics
• advise leadership on talent markets and hiring tradeoffs
• support candidate experience and employer brand.
