Production Lead, 1st Shift

The Production Lead, 1st Shift role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience. The lead coordinates a production crew and supports safe, quality-focused manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 3–5 employees and communicate management direction
• keep production team members on task
• ensure proper PPE and safety procedures
• ensure quality checks are completed and documented
• coordinate completion of the daily work schedule
• communicate equipment issues to maintenance and safety, quality, or productivity issues to production management
• coordinate production activities
• demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures
• monitor work and production indicators
• recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
