What you'll do

• Welcome overnight guests and handle arrivals, departures, reservations, calls, and requests
• review and reconcile room charges, accounts, payments, cash activity, and occupancy
• investigate discrepancies and complete the daily close
• prepare financial and operational reports
• respond to guest concerns
• coordinate maintenance and housekeeping needs
• follow privacy, payment, cash security, and emergency procedures
• maintain front desk organization and shift handoff.

Why this role

Overnight shift is 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; weekends and holidays may be required as needed. Prior hospitality or night audit experience is helpful but not required.
