What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
• prepare schedules and daily assignments
• inspect rooms and public areas against brand specifications
• investigate service and equipment complaints
• oversee cleaning, laundry, and equipment maintenance
• manage staffing and supplies within budget guidelines
• coordinate room status and repairs with other departments
• maintain inventory and lost-and-found procedures
• perform or assist with cleaning as needed.
