What you'll do

• Assist with tray assembly and deliver meal carts to nursing units and dining areas
• serve meals and beverages
• assemble and deliver floor stock and supplies
• dispose of waste
• perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation
• wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• operate dishwashing equipment
• prepare toast and other simple food items as directed by the Cook
• attend required training and department meetings
• maintain cleanliness and organization.
