Senior MEP Project Manager — Construction

The Senior MEP Project Manager — Construction role is onsite in San Francisco, CA; onsite requirements may change based on client needs. Compensation is $130,000–$165,000 per year. Turner & Townsend partners with clients on impactful real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural-resources projects. The project manager coordinates engineering documentation, field activities, quality reviews, and project reporting for construction and capital projects. The role helps align clients, contractors, commissioning agents, and design teams to support project delivery and closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
• communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• support schedule updates
• coordinate field work among the general contractor, commissioning agent, and client
• conduct field and punch walks
• support closeout documentation
• monitor QA/QC and report issues
• review technical documents and design drawings for accuracy and contract compliance
• prepare project progress and KPI reports
• manage project information and knowledge sharing
• identify quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
