The role combines client consulting, technical configuration, project coordination, training, and collaboration with internal teams to support successful onboarding and improve the client experience.

What you'll do

• Lead onboarding engagements for registered investment advisers and broker-dealers
• conduct discovery
• configure platform settings
• deliver demonstrations, training, and workflow workshops
• monitor project progress and risks
• document requirements and milestones
• advise clients on platform practices
• troubleshoot questions with internal teams
• and contribute to onboarding materials and process improvements.
