What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility assistance, and food intake support
• document activities of daily living in the electronic health record
• observe and promptly report changes in condition
• turn and position residents as required
• take and record vital signs, intake and output, heights, and weights
• answer call bells
• assist with transfers and appointments
• maintain resident rights, confidentiality, and a safe environment.
