What you'll do

• Coordinate and verify FTTH outside-plant activities, including aerial and underground splicing, terminations, testing, and restoration. Use network diagnostics to isolate faults and confirm service health across broadband ISP networks. Maintain as-built documentation, test results, and work-order records. Provide technical support for networking systems and related hardware and software, escalating issues as needed. Coordinate site access, locates, crews, and stakeholders
• validate test readings, update maps and records, communicate status, and complete handoffs.
