What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed paperboard sheeters
• maintain sheet-size tolerances and board quality
• monitor grain direction, caliper consistency, and sheet accuracy
• maximize throughput while limiting spoilage
• address mechanical and quality issues
• coordinate material readiness with the pressroom
• lead assistants and maintain production reports.
