IT Business Analyst, Tier 1

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business and systems requirements
• document processes, data mappings, and project flows
• prepare status reports
• identify workflow improvements and process bottlenecks
• analyze data and prepare reports
• coordinate with departments and stakeholders
• document risks and mitigation strategies
• review and test changes
• assist with scope, schedule, and cost changes
• support IT disaster recovery testing and documentation.
