What you'll do

• Diagnose maintenance issues and plan appropriate work
• perform facility maintenance and repairs, including painting, patching, minor plumbing and electrical work, lighting, furniture, locks, doors, carpet, and ceiling tiles
• maintain equipment
• operate tools safely
• perform indoor and outdoor manual work
• coordinate with vendors
• log work in an online spreadsheet
• participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
