What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for estimating, purchasing, and construction staff at enterprise accounts
• create account implementation plans with agreed milestones
• configure customer accounts, cost data, catalogs, formats, and presets
• train users and develop training materials
• provide first-line support and escalate reproducible bugs
• translate customer requirements and feedback into prioritized specifications
• review account usage and address adoption blockers
• run customer check-ins and business reviews
• develop repeatable onboarding, configuration, and support processes.
