The Personal Banker role is onsite at Dieterich Bank’s Teutopolis, IL branch and pays $15–$17 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The banker supports customers’ everyday banking needs and financial well-being by handling transactions, account services, digital banking questions, and product inquiries. The role contributes to branch goals through dependable service, accurate processing, and collaboration with colleagues.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
• support online, mobile, and digital banking
• open and maintain deposit accounts
• respond to account inquiries and concerns
• identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products
• process account maintenance requests
• protect confidential information and follow banking regulations and policies
• support branch operations and goals.
