What you'll do

• Lead field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects
• manage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• lead change identification, documentation, and coordination
• integrate planning, logistics, and field operations across projects
• maintain site logistics systems
• coordinate material handling, staging, prefabrication, and delivery
• partner on layouts, material takeoffs, and installation details
• support staffing plans
• lead safety, quality, and compliance.
