Assistant Vice President, Retail Sales & Development Officer

The Assistant Vice President, Retail Sales & Development Officer role is onsite in Greenfield, MA, with compensation of $100,000–$125,000 per year. The role develops sales practices and training, coaches staff, monitors performance measures, and coordinates with business partners to support regional retail objectives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the VP of Retail and branch leaders to set and review sales goals
• track deposit growth, net DDA growth, scorecard participation, and other metrics
• develop sales strategies, contests, and promotions
• support referrals and business development
• train, mentor, and coach staff
• design and improve the retail consultative sales training program
• observe customer service staff and provide coaching
• partner with branch managers on accountability
• review performance and promote continuous improvement.
