Lead Residential Advisor

The Lead Residential Advisor role is onsite in Nashville, TN. The posting states pay of $18–$18.50 per hour. Project Transition’s mission is to empower people with behavioral health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or developmental disabilities to live the lives they choose in the community.

What you'll do

• Oversee residential living arrangements, safety, cleanliness, and recovery environment
• supervise and train Residential Advisors
• review medication rooms and self-administration documentation
• ensure completion of facility and medication-management checklists
• document member interventions, progress, shift notes, and incidents
• support activities of daily living, groups, appointments, and screenings
• and participate in phone coaching and crisis management. The role includes carrying and responding to coaching calls on assigned days, being available to go onsite for emergencies during limited-coverage hours, and providing coverage for staff callouts.
