What you'll do

• Design end-to-end HCM solutions and related integrations
• define business process cycles
• govern and review team and systems integration partner deliverables
• facilitate stakeholder workshops
• coordinate user acceptance testing, system validation, and production deployments
• document process flows and configuration
• manage user stories through the software development lifecycle
• enforce data governance and security requirements
• resolve incidents and oversee platform administration, maintenance, and releases.
