What you'll do

• Facilitate cognitive behavioral curriculum in individual and group settings, including motivation for change, social adjustment, personal management, social skills, cognitive restructuring, and problem-solving
• review curriculum and resources
• maintain class rosters and attendance records and provide completion certificates
• support participant needs assessments and referrals
• provide individual and group counseling
• communicate about reentry planning and community resources
• assist participants with post-release plans and encourage responsibility for post-release behavior and activities.
