What you'll do

• Interpret Mandarin and English during executive meetings, discussions, calls, interviews, negotiations, and daily operations
• translate and review business documents
• maintain terminology and quality standards
• protect confidential information
• manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, materials, and follow-up
• track action items across departments
• lead and coordinate the three-person interpreter and executive support team
• assign work, coach team members, and improve workflows
• coordinate with internal departments and international stakeholders.
