What you'll do

• Assess patients and plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care using evidence-based practice
• partner with patients and significant others in care planning and communication
• coordinate and document safe, quality care with interdisciplinary teams
• participate in performance improvement and shared governance
• complete required competency assessments and education
• serve as a preceptor or mentor when applicable
• support efficient use of resources.
