Service and Damage Coordinator

Job overview

The Service and Damage Coordinator works onsite in Auburn, MA, at $30–$32 per hour. The role supports Flexcar’s site management team in maintaining fleet condition and removing aging vehicles. The coordinator oversees vehicle sales and damage claims, arranges repairs with on-site and external partners, and helps technicians reduce the time vehicles remain unavailable. The role also supports fleet utilization, safety, asset protection, and repair-budget performance.

What you'll do

• Manage external vendor relationships
• oversee body-damage assessments, claims writing, and repairs
• own KPIs for technicians and body repair specialists
• coordinate bulk vehicle transportation with the fleet team
• collaborate with EH&S on safety compliance
• work with Fleet Management on utilization goals and Loss Prevention on asset protection
• manage area expenditures and the damage-repair budget.
