What you'll do

• Perform routine repairs involving plumbing, heating, electrical fixtures, lighting, doors, locks, painting, and cleaning
• inspect and troubleshoot building systems and arrange outside contractors as needed
• operate vehicles and tools including plow trucks, skid-steers, mowers, and trimmers
• complete seasonal grounds work and snow and ice removal
• move and store furniture and office equipment
• maintain bank vehicles, tools, equipment, and maintenance areas
• recommend property upkeep and repairs
• perform special cleaning and painting tasks.
