What you'll do

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications according to protocols and physician orders
• monitor residents and report changes or concerns
• maintain treatment, medication, and progress documentation
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• educate residents and families
• follow regulatory requirements, facility policies, and safety standards
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• participate in quality improvement and staff training as required.
