Senior / Staff Data Integrity Engineer (Compliance)

The Senior / Staff Data Integrity Engineer (Compliance) role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with an expected annual base-pay range of $135,000–$180,000. GRAIL’s mission is to detect cancer early, when it can be cured. As part of the Data Integrity Office, the engineer serves as a subject matter expert across the data life cycle. The role supports implementation of data-integrity requirements, identifies and assesses risks, and helps ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and patient safety.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and execution of the Data Integrity Program
• serve as a data-integrity subject matter expert
• perform quarterly reviews and reporting
• identify data-integrity risks and impacts in CAPA, non-conformances, clinical quality events, protocol deviations, and change control
• represent data-integrity interests in supplier, internal, and third-party audits
• build alignment with cross-functional leaders and advise stakeholders.
