The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — School Setting role is onsite in Exton, PA, and pays $20–$23 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 8 a.m.–4 p.m. The role supports students in schools in surrounding districts through CritiCare Plus, part of CritiCare Home Health & Nursing Services. The PCA provides one-to-one personal care and daily-living support to students, promotes independence, and collaborates with school staff and parents. The role contributes to students’ ability to participate and thrive in their educational environment while documenting and reporting changes in behavior or health.
