What you'll do

• Hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff
• plan and coordinate department activities, staffing schedules, and supply purchases
• maintain sanitary and orderly conditions
• keep inventory, compliance, financial, and personnel records
• coordinate with other departments
• manage the budget
• maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• conduct quality assurance rounds and inspections
• monitor resident satisfaction
• perform department work as needed.
