What you'll do

• Coordinate agency audits and audit preparation
• prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements
• coordinate financial reporting for County and State ACFR consolidation
• supervise General Fund and Bond Accounting
• oversee cash management and investments
• supervise fund accounting during bond issuance
• review journal entries and monthly close
• review staff work
• oversee internal-controls training
• review Yardi financial records and data integrity
• assist with accounting staff supervision
• conduct ad hoc analysis
• review accounting policies
• coordinate inter-divisional projects.
