What you'll do

• Oversee resident care and compliance with care plans and assessments
• develop nursing objectives, policies, and procedures
• coordinate nursing and care staff
• provide nursing coverage when needed
• assess residents and prospective residents
• oversee medication processes and pharmacy relationships
• lead service-plan meetings
• supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• maintain infection-control practices and regulatory readiness.

Why this role
