The senior staff member supports residents’ safety, choices, daily living, and community participation while modeling and training direct support staff. The role also assists with scheduling, shift coverage, service plans, documentation, appointments, and emergency response.

What you'll do

• Model and train direct support staff
• assist with staff scheduling and cover open shifts as needed
• support individuals with daily living and personal care
• implement and document Individual Service Plans and behavioral support plans
• maintain records and reports
• monitor safety
• coordinate medical and dental appointments
• transport individuals as necessary
• support social, educational, and recreational activities
• manage and document emergencies.
