Senior Agile Project Manager, Software Implementation (Hybrid)

The Senior Agile Project Manager, Software Implementation role is hybrid, with two onsite days per week in downtown Chicago, IL. Pay is $56 per hour on W-2, negotiable. The project supports a large American multinational hospitality chain’s digital asset management platform. The project manager coordinates a large enterprise initiative spanning multiple teams and a third-party vendor, guiding the work from initiation and planning through execution and closeout. The role helps keep scope, schedules, risks, resources, communications, and deliverables aligned so the platform migration can progress against established deadlines and budget.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources
• define goals and deliverables with stakeholders
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• facilitate meetings and provide status updates
• monitor project financials and resources
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• lead closeout, documentation, lessons learned, and transition to operations.
