What you'll do

• Manage marketing project flow and deadlines
• create editorial calendars and publishing schedules
• track projects in the project management tool
• develop, edit, and track internal marketing materials
• assist with WordPress edits
• coordinate partner management, collateral, ride guide distribution, and community engagement
• track marketing inventory
• assist with media planning and buying
• organize events, outreach, and public information campaigns
• conduct presentations
• support business development and strategic partnerships
• coordinate staff engagement initiatives
• maintain records and procedures.
