What you'll do

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• support system administration and engineering
• troubleshoot networks, systems, and operating systems
• communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and administrators
• train users and support personnel
• update preventive maintenance checklists
• document system performance and service requests
• set up and image desktop hardware and load software and antivirus updates
• research and evaluate current and future systems
• provide onsite post-deployment support
• interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, SOPs, and SOWs
• maintain test-lab equipment
• coordinate with field and engineering personnel on installation issues
• answer support calls
• perform duties with minimal direct supervision.
