What you'll do

• Coordinate restaurant planning, organization, training, and leadership
• hire, train, and develop team members
• manage staffing, schedules, onboarding, and performance plans
• oversee sales, labor, food costs, budgets, cash, property, products, and equipment
• maintain operational, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• coach and mentor team members
• communicate operational updates.
