What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate projects to meet timelines, budgets, and scopes
• collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• conduct site visits and address safety, quality, and schedule issues
• manage contracts, submittals, change orders, reports, and closeout documents
• review and negotiate contracts and scope changes
• coordinate materials and equipment
• monitor budgets, schedules, cash flow, and forecasts
• prepare billing and progress reports
• support field scheduling and equipment utilization
• manage project closeout.
