The Junior Field Technician (L1) – Data Centers role is onsite in Montgomery, AL. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. The technician supports data center operations under the direct supervision of a mentor technician and develops foundational skills through a structured mentorship program.

What you'll do

• Organize materials, tools, and equipment
• assist with inventory, deliveries, and shipment verification
• support assigned project labor such as cable-routing preparation and labeling
• maintain safe and organized work areas
• document daily activities
• escort visitors and contractors
• follow badging and access-control procedures
• do not perform capacity-critical or technical tasks without direct mentor supervision.
