Assistant Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise point-of-sale operations, file organization, inventory control, and administrative processes
• support revenue goals across dues, retail, and the Juice Bar/Armbar
• manage membership billing collections and daily deposits
• train and supervise front desk, kids club, and Armbar staff
• monitor facility appearance and equipment
• coordinate janitorial services and conduct hourly locker room checks
• greet members, resolve concerns, and oversee front-desk transactions.
