What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the healthcare team
• administer and record prescribed medications
• monitor vital signs and specialized equipment
• respond to adverse symptoms and life-saving situations
• provide bedside care
• change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• document care
• and participate in discharge planning.

Why this role

Current state RN license and up-to-date first aid and CPR certification required. Long-term care RN experience and MatrixCare knowledge are preferred. Night shift is available; shift differentials are offered for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
