Job overview

The FactoryTalk MES Portfolio Leader, Strategy & Growth role is hybrid, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or Mayfield Heights, Ohio, with travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Compensation is $185,000–$250,000 per year. Rockwell Automation’s Manufacturing Performance Excellence group works to improve factory competitiveness, productivity, safety, and quality. This leader sets FactoryTalk MES portfolio strategy and roadmap, guides investment and commercialization decisions, and leads product management. The role aligns product development and adoption with customer needs and supports the platform’s place in connected and autonomous manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Own the long-range FactoryTalk MES platform strategy and roadmap
• translate market trends, regulatory drivers, and customer feedback into investment priorities
• lead growth, profitability, recurring revenue, pricing, packaging, and commercialization planning
• engage strategic customers and coordinate with Sales, Industry Management, Engineering, Security, Lifecycle Services, and Customer Success
• lead and develop the Product Management team.
