Counselor Supervisor (Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor)

The Counselor Supervisor position is onsite in Asheville, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pay is $33 per hour plus a bonus structure. The role supports Behavioral Health Group’s addiction treatment services and its mission to help patients recover from addiction. The supervisor provides clinical leadership and direct counseling while supporting high-quality, compliant, coordinated care. Through supervision, documentation review, and team development, the role helps counselors grow and supports patient recovery.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and coaching to counselors
• conduct individual and group therapy
• complete required counseling sessions
• develop and update treatment plans
• oversee case management and coordinate follow-up
• collaborate with community providers and respond to crises
• maintain accurate records and conduct peer chart reviews
• monitor service quality
• lead supervision and treatment team meetings
• mentor counselors and support training and professional development.
