Assistant Manager

What you'll do

• Support the Community Director and oversee property operations and improvement projects
• collect and post rents and report deposits
• approve invoices
• maintain lease files and records
• inspect the property and apartments
• coordinate maintenance and make-ready work
• support resident communications and leasing
• conduct market surveys
• train support and maintenance staff.
