What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the emergency preparedness training program
• lead, supervise, and develop program personnel
• serve as primary interface with government representatives and stakeholders
• plan, coordinate, execute, and continuously improve training and exercises
• oversee schedules, staffing, metrics, quality standards, contractual requirements, and resources
• support training in incident management, mass casualty response, natural disasters, CBRNE incidents, and terrorism preparedness
• ensure safety, security, regulatory, and contractual compliance
• prepare reports, briefings, and status updates.
