The Account Representative role is onsite in Berthoud, CO. The pay range is $19–$35 per hour. The position supports Gwen Brooks’s State Farm agency by building customer relationships and connecting customer needs with insurance and financial services products.

What you'll do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market relevant products and services
• establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• promote lasting customer relationships.
