What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas
• verify linens, amenities, and supplies
• identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action
• provide feedback and coaching to room attendants and housemen
• assist with onboarding and training
• respond to guest concerns
• check carts, storage rooms, and equipment for safety
• document inspection results
• coordinate room release with the front desk and report repair needs to maintenance
• assist with scheduling and task assignments when needed.
