What you'll do

• Lead by example
• coach and develop baristas and shift leaders
• assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
• step into leadership when the Store Manager is unavailable
• support guest service and resolve concerns
• maintain food and beverage quality and a clean café
• oversee assigned-shift operations
• assist with scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, sales monitoring, food safety, and sanitation
• help with drinks and stocking during busy periods.
