What you'll do

• Build, quality-check, and execute complex omnichannel programs and journeys
• test and QA campaigns
• lead day-to-day work and QA for junior team members
• monitor email deliverability and recommend improvements
• identify campaign and deliverability issues and corrective actions
• participate in agile design, build, and continuous improvement
• develop targeting, personalization, segmentation, and test plans
• coordinate campaigns with internal and external partners
• provide project updates and risks.
